The very iconic Pieff ‘Alpha’ lounge 2 x 2 seater sofas by Tim Bates. An excellent and recognised piece of British design history.

Designed by Tim Bates, the Alpha range was made for Pieff from the 1970s, made in their factory in Lye, West Midlands. Pieff of Worcester was one of the most important manufacturers of high-end British furniture during the 1960’s and 70’s, describing itself as ‘luxury furniture of the late 20th century’.

Original brown leather upholstery in great condition, has been leather treated and protected. The suite has a very solid tubular metal frame, all supported on a metal base. The bent chrome is in excellent condition and free from and rust, so are the supports. Markers mark on all bases.

We offer courier services within Sydney from $100 - $150 depending on your distance from the showroom. We have a Saturday morning delivery service. Simply input your postcode at checkout. This is a flat fee – the same cost applies for one or multiple items. Delivery will be scheduled for 1 – 7 days post purchase. Please note that for anything other than small items assistance will be required by you (or a friend!) to unload at the destination. Up to 3 flights of stairs included in the price.

Regional NSW and Interstate Shipping.

Shipping to locations outside of Sydney (Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Wollongong and beyond) and Interstate is outsourced to trusted third party couriers. Freight charges are often similar regardless of distance as it is worked out by cubic space in the truck, rather than final destination. Delivery can take between 1 – 3 weeks.

Wollongong, Canberra, Melbourne, Newcastle and Brisbane/Gold Coast, Perth, SA, North QLD, and Tasmania costs can be automatically calculated via our checkout. For regional areas contact us for a more a quote.

All items are covered under the third-party courier’s insurance.
