These items are currently unrestored and awaiting work at the Retrobay warehouse. By placing a pre-order, you move this piece to the front of the queue for restoration.
The photos shown are examples of the same make and model we’ve previously restored and sold. Colour will be very similar, with minor variations due to age and patina (unless otherwise stated).
We don’t provide photos of unrestored pieces, as they can be misleading and don’t reflect the final result.
Our restoration process may include stripping, sanding, repairs, colour matching, and refinishing, typically using a durable hardwax oil. All items are vintage—fully functional and beautifully restored, but not 100% perfect. Some character and patina may remain.
A 20% deposit secures your item. Most pre-orders are completed within 2–4 weeks, though complex restorations may take longer. Once finished, we’ll send photos and a video, and Sydney customers are welcome to view the piece in person. The remaining 80% (plus delivery, if applicable) is due before shipping.
Our pre-order success rate is close to 100%. In the unlikely event of an issue during restoration, you’ll be notified and refunded. Please note: deposits are non-refundable once work begins.

Classic Australian made 'T Back' Chairs in Black Vinyl by Parker Furniture circa 1970s. 2x Carvers and 4x standard chairs. With original black vinyl in excellent condition hard to spot any imperfections on these. Teak frames present in excellent condition and have been refreshed with Danish oil, brand new strapping under the seat pads, sturdy and comfortable dining chairs.
