Classic Australian-made sideboard by Wrightbilt, circa 1960s.

Founded in Melbourne during the 1950s, Wrightbilt became one of Australia's most respected mid-century furniture manufacturers. Renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, the company combined Scandinavian-inspired design with practical Australian functionality. Today, Wrightbilt pieces are highly sought after for their quality construction, understated styling and enduring appeal.

This particular model features a distinctive modernist silhouette with long horizontal integrated door pulls, creating a clean, architectural look. It presents in great vintage condition, with the top professionally refreshed in a durable Osmo Hardwax Oil finish.

Condition is very good overall, with minor veneer repairs to the lower base corners and one repair to the front of the drop-down bar door. There is some bubbling to the veneer on the front face of the bar door, along with light surface imperfections to the top consistent with age and use. All imperfections have been reflected in the price.

We offer courier services within Sydney from $100 - $150 depending on your distance from the showroom. We have a Saturday morning delivery service. Simply input your postcode at checkout. This is a flat fee – the same cost applies for one or multiple items. Delivery will be scheduled for 1 – 7 days post purchase. Please note that for anything other than small items assistance will be required by you (or a friend!) to unload at the destination. Up to 3 flights of stairs included in the price.

Regional NSW and Interstate Shipping.

Shipping to locations outside of Sydney (Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Wollongong and beyond) and Interstate is outsourced to trusted third party couriers. Freight charges are often similar regardless of distance as it is worked out by cubic space in the truck, rather than final destination. Delivery can take between 1 – 3 weeks.

Wollongong, Canberra, Melbourne, Newcastle and Brisbane/Gold Coast, Perth, SA, North QLD, and Tasmania costs can be automatically calculated via our checkout. For regional areas contact us for a more a quote.

All items are covered under the third-party courier’s insurance.
